Mª Gracia Millá has a degree in Pedagogy and a PhD in Psychology. Currently, she directs the Early Childhood Development and Assistance Center of APADIS in Villena and co-directs the Master's in Child Development and Early Care at the University of Valencia. In addition, she teaches postgraduate courses at several Spanish universities (Alicante, Murcia, Málaga, Salamanca, Balearic Islands, Toledo, Zaragoza...). She is a founding member of the Association of Early Care Professionals of the Valencian Community, she has been part of the direction board since its creation (1987) and has held the position of President for more than 15 years. Until 2006, she chaired the State Federation of Early Care Professionals (GAT). Among her different publications, it is worth noting her co-authorship of the Libro Blanco de Atención temprana, the Real Patronato Sobre Discapacidad, Madrid 2000, and other reference works in early care. In 2012, she received the State Honor Award for Early Care granted by the State Federation of Early Intervention professionals and the ONCE Foundation.
