Lidia E. Santana Vega, full professor at the University of La Laguna (Tenerife, Canary Islands) I have a B.A. degree and an M.A. in Psychology and PhD in Educational Science. I have been invited to give lectures, seminars and courses in universities, both in Spain and abroad. Author of more than one hundred scientific papers. I have been a member of the evaluation committees. I have been a referee of articles from journals with a high impact index: International Journal for Educational and Vocational Guidance, Asia Pacific Journal of Education, Revista de Educación, etc. I have been the main researcher of regionally and European publically funded projects and coordinator of a consolidated research group (GIOES). My research lines are: education and gender, education for European citizenship, transition to the labour market, young people’s life projects and education in values. I have supervised the University of La Laguna M.A. course “Teaching and Guidance for the Transition to the Labour Market”.
