José I. Navarro Guzmán is Full professor of Developmental and Educational Psychology, at the University of Cadiz (Spain). Fulbright visiting researcher at State University of New York (Prof. R. Miller), visiting scholar at Ohio State University (where I also spent a sabbatical with Dr. W. Heward, and Dr. R. Howell), and Oxford University (Prof. P. Bryant). Short-term visiting Professor at Department of Psychology, The University of New Mexico (USA), from 2002 to 2015. Leader of the research group "Psychology" (HUM634). Researching topics: applied studies on cognitive development and learning difficulties in mathematics and design of educational software. Coordinator for the Network doctoral program RIDE international mobility Pablo Neruda, sponsored by OEI. He has participated in several research projects funded by the EU, the Spanish R & D national program and Excellence research project from Andalusian government. These projects have not only been delivery scientific productivity but also have allowed transfer of knowledge into the education sector.
